Cooking parties in your home

A cooking party, in your own home, with friends is an amazing social occasion and a perfect gift for foodie friends or relatives.

 

Learn professional cooking techniques, how to plan exciting creative menus, the secrets of Eastern flavours and nutritional balance. A Poco Culina cooking demonstration party has a duration of approximately
3 hours and costs £150.00 for up to 10 people.

 

We simply require the use of a normal household hob and, in some cases, oven for the supper. We can use
any size of kitchen/dining room table for the demonstration, which we will cover up. All demonstration equipment will be provided by Poco Culina and is designed to work in any household room (kitchen, dining room, living room, conservatory or even the garden).

 

The evening takes the form of a cookery demonstration delivered by Andy – Poco Culina owner and Head Chef. To include recommendations on ingredients, nutritionally balancing plant-based meals, demonstration of cooking and seasoning techniques and questions and answers. Each guest will receive a recipe card pack recapping the evening’s demonstration.

 

This will be followed by a hand-prepared Poco Culina mezze-style supper for guests to enjoy. Andy will serve the supper and also be on hand to discuss and offer advice on any aspect of plant-based cooking.

 

How it works

Sound good? Here's how it works. Simply contact us with your proposed date, how many guests you have, your venue and some thoughts on what you'd like to learn and eat. Indian cookery, or perhaps Middle Eastern or Mediterranean techniques?

 

You can then sit back and enjoy your evening with a glass of wine while Andy demonstrates how easy it can be to make tasty, fabulously presented food that is packed with flavour and nutritionally balanced.
